I often try to find the right words to express the feeling in my heart. 
I try to show you that I love you but I just don't know where to start.

In this poem,let it be known,

that I'm in love with words alone,

I don't need a voice to hear,or a face to see,
either way shes still beautiful to me,

It escalated so quickly from like to love,
that now shes the only thing I'm thinking of,
a screen is the only gateway from me to her,
a simple little screen on a computer,
each word she writes goes straight to my heart,
and I hate the times that we have to be apart,
but when I get to talk to this girl,
every word she writes makes my world,

The words are so rich and there always real,
the kisses the hugs,all of them I can feel,
from the distance between us,we have no choice,
this board full of keys is are only voice,
and we have to consider our voices in each word,




so when their being read,it's like there being heard,
I had never really thought about this before,
but words alone,can mean so much more,

Keren, Cangkang Telur Jadi Hasil Seni nan Indah

Kulit atau cangkang telur ayam biasanya hanya menjadi sampah. Namun, di tangan orang yang kreatif dan ulet, cangkang telur ternyata bisa dijadikan karya seni yang menghasilkan rupiah. Seperti yang dilakukan seorang seniman ukir telur bernama Frans Sega di Kota Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
 

Bersama temannya, Frans membeli beberapa butir telur ayam yang lalu dibawa ke sanggar kerja Frans di Jalan Ranomut, Perkamil, Manado. Telur itu kemudian dibersihkan dan diberi gambar atau motif dengan alat ukir listrik. Ini sama sekali tidak mudah. Frans harus sangat hati-hati karena telur rawan pecah. Isi telur lalu dikeluarkan.

Setelah itu pengukiran dimulai. Proses ini tak kalah sulit dan rumit. Perlu ketelitian dan kesabaran. Sedikit saja kesalahan, cangkang telur akan pecah. Tergantung motifnya, proses ini bisa memakan waktu tiga jam.

Frans menggeluti seni ukir cangkang telur ini sejak 2002, namun baru beberapa tahun terakhir ia lebih serius. Motif yang paling banyak dibuat Frans adalah satwa eksotik, seperti kupu-kupu dan bunga.

Kini karya seni Frans mulai dikenal tak hanya di Manado, tapi juga di kota-kota lain di Sulawesi Utara. Harganya dari ratusan ribu hingga jutaan rupiah, tergantung tingkat kesulitan pembuatannya. Tak ingin maju sendiri, Frans juga mengajak pemuda di sekitar tempat tinggalnya untuk menekuni seni ukir cangkang telur.

Ya Ampun, Begini Cara Polwan Cina Jadi Ramah...

Ada pepatah Cina berbunyi, "Perempuan dengan kecantikan sejati tak akan memperlihatkan giginya saat tersenyum."  Tampaknya sekarang sudah tak berlaku lagi. Setidaknya aturan ini diterapkan oleh pemerintah Cina terhadap jajaran polwan di negara tirai bambu ini.

Pasalnya, selama ini polisi Cina dikenal dengan kedisiplinannya. Tugas berat setiap hari membuat mereka terlihat tegang dan kurang senyum. Padahal, sebagai pengabdi masyarakat polisi harus terlihat ramah.

 

Karena itulah diadakan kursus "tersenyum" oleh kepolisian di Dalian Port Inspection Station di Provinsi Liaoning. Pelatihan ini menjadi unik karena para polwan tersebut harus menggigit supit sehingga bisa tersenyum lebar sambil memperlihatkan barisan geligi mereka.

"Tujuan kursus ini untuk menghasilkan senyum yang sempurna," jelas Zhang Tianbao seperti dilansir NBC News.

Demi senyum sempurna (dengan gigi terlihat) itulah maka tradisi yang telah bertahan selama ini harus diubah. "Cina merupakan bagian dari dunia internasional, maka kami merubah tradisi agar dunia bisa melihat bahwa kami orang-orang yang ramah," pungkas Zhang.

Rumah Terkecil di Dunia, Hanya Satu Meter Persegi

Karena ingin menyiasati krisis tempat tinggal, ide ‘nyeleneh’ diciptakan. Ide tersebut ialah rumah terkecil di dunia. Rumah mini tersebut hanya membutuhkan satu hari pengerjaan dan memiliki ukuran satu meter persegi.

Tapi nyatanya, rumah ini didesain senyaman mungkin. Ruang kecil di dalam bangunan kayu ini dapat direbahkan menjadi tempat tidur.

Sang arsitek, Van Bo Le-Mentzel kini memberikan cetak biru dari hasil penemuannya yang bernama One SQM, dan berharap akan meningkatkan pasar perumahan.

Ia berkata, “Aku ingin menawarkan orang-orang untuk membangun rumah sendiri. Anda bisa membawanya dan tinggal di taman, atau pinggir danau, atau di atas atap.”

“Ini adalah rumah sungguhan. Anda bisa menambahkan pemanas, panel surya, dan toilet jika Anda mau.”

Hanya dibutuhkan sebuah palu dan gergaji, ditambah 20 meter kayu, 200 sekrup, empat roda, satu kaca untuk jendela, dan pintu untuk membangun rumah 40kg ini.

One SQM telah dibangun 100 unit di seluruh dunia, termasuk Hong Kong dan Hollywood. Namun bukan berarti ide rumah ini diterima seluas dunia.

“Aku telah mendapatkan banyak kritik dari Amerika. Salah satu intinya adalah gaya hidup orang di sana yang (selalu) ekstra besar, sementara saya telah datang dengan alternatif ekstra kecil," pungkasnya.

Ya iyalah, di Indonesia juga susah diterima. Masa tempat tinggal manusia mau disamakan dengan kandang burung...
